After being told by two different agents that it would be next to impossible to sell our city apartment at a reasonable price given the small space and the current covid situation, in desperation, my husband and I looked for a third agent thinking that if they told us the same thing, we would give up on trying to sell. That’s when we found Amazing Apartments and decided to give them a call. It was the best call we have ever made!

Lyn and Rohan are beyond amazing!! They made us feel so comfortable and relaxed and answered our ten thousand questions with such patience!  We did warn them that our apartment was far from amazing but it didn’t faze them one bit! When we met them at the apartment, they immediately told us with confidence that they could help us sell it at a good price (which to be honest we were a bit doubtful at first!) But we were wrong to doubt!!

The photos and video of the apartment that they presented for marketing was so absolutely stunning that it actually made us feel a pang of regret for trying to sell it!! Each step of the way, they would explain everything clearly and they always gave us a call or email to give us updates on every single thing!  As far as we are aware, they never sleep!!  It was definitely beyond our expectations!

There are 2 other apartments in our building complex that are for sale at a low price  but have been sitting on the market for over a year and I hope the owners of these apartments will luckily stumble upon Amazing Apartments like we did and give Lyn or Rohan a call. They have helped us secure a buyer in less than 2 months!
